- Conifer, evergreen, weeping habit, needles golden and green; early growth in spring is lime green but becoming bright gold by late spring. Must be staked to become an upright weeper, but unstaked it is attractive trailing over a wall.
- Sun In the Pacific Northwest it may burn in full sun when young but reportedly this is not a problem as the plant matures.
- Hardy to USDA Zone 3 Found and introduced by Bob Fincham of Coenosum Gardens. It developed from a sport on a side branch of Picea abies 'Reflexa'.
