  • Broadleaf evergreen shrub, 3-4 ft (0.9-1.2 m) tall, rounded form.  Leaves simple, small, about 2.5 cm long, glossy dark green above, clustered at end of branches.  Flowers perfect, white, 2 cm across, in dense, upright clusters. Bluish-black fruit, about 2 cm diam.
  • Sun, prefers moist, well-drained soil, will tolerate drought.
