  • Deciduous conifer, upright, narrow growth habit, at 20 years about 23 ft high and 4 ft wide (7 × 1.2 m), dense branching, forming a full canopy of foliage from near the base to the top of the tree.
  • Sun to light shade
  • Hardy to USDA Zone (4) 5   Discovered in a seedling planting in 1990 by Robert M. Lindsey in Mustang, Oklahoma.   Observed for 20 years and patented (U.S.) in 2012 (PP22,812).  The selection was designated ‘Skyward’ in the patent.  In 2014 is was trade marked as Lindsey’s Skyward™.
