  • Large deciduous shrub, rounded, upright, may reach 5-10 ft (1.5-3 m) high and and with a similar width.   The showy sterile flowers emerge white but turn to a rich pink; they are in dense clusters; the smaller fertile flowers of somewhat hidden beneath the more obvious, sterile ones.
  • Sun to part shade, best in rich, well-drained, moist soil.
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 3      Developed in the 1980s as a seedling of Hydrangea paniculata 'Unique'.
