- Broadleaf evergreen, low growing shrub, 2 ft (0.6 m) tall and 10 ft (3 m) wide. Leaves small, 6-12 mm long, glossy and dark green, undulating surface. Flowers very dark blue, in short clusters, 2.5-5 cm long, blooms in early summer (May-June).
