  • Broadleaf deciduous tree.  Bark pale grey to grey, samara densely pubescent on seed, flowers and fruit produced, March - May (Flora of China)  Have not located a detail description of this item.
  • Native range restricted to China, found in the provinces of Hebei, Henan, Shaanxi, and Shanxi, which are south to southwest of Beijing.
  • The tree is very rare in cultivation beyond China
