  • Broadleaf deciduous shrub, low growing, 2-3 ft tall and 4 ft wide (0.6-0.9 × 1.2 m), compact, mounding, yellow-gold foliage in spring, yellowish green in summer and yellowish orange in fall.  Flowers pink, blooms in early summer.
  • Sun for best bloom foliage color
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 4       A hybrid of Spiraea japonica var. alpina and Spiraea japonica ‘Goldflame’  (syn. S. × bumalda ‘Goldflame’).
