- Broadleaf evergreen dwarf shrub, only 18-24 inches (45-60 cm) high in 10 years, rounded leaves, bright green; flowers are blood red, bell-shaped, waxy, and pendant.
- -5°F, early-mid, 3/4/3-4 [flower / plant & foliage / performance; scale 1 (poor) - 5 (best)]. Sun to part shade. From the Whitney collection, from a cross of ['Carmen' × 'Moodstone'] × R. elloittii.
