  • Conifer, evergreen tree, may be multi-stemmed, semi-dwarf, long drooping branches, must be trained when young to develop a leader.  Individual plants vary in form and 'Pendula' is better considered a category rather than a precise designation.
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 3.  Described in 1866.
