  • Conifer, evergreen tree, 5-10 ft (1.5-3 m) in 10 years, very pendulus branches and a bowed stem; needs to be staked otherwise a creeping habit.
  • Sun.
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 3      Found near Schermbeck, Germany (Krüssmann, 1985).   There is also a selection called ‘Rigby’s Weeping’, how it differs in form from ‘Pendula’ is unclear.
