- Broadleaf evergreen shrub, upright, open habit, 3 × 3 ft (0.9 × 0.9 m) in 10 years, to 10 ft (3 m) or more. Leaves are deeply cut and forming stiff, sharp triangular lobes; dark green color with light green veins.
- Sun to part shade. Shear to make more compact. Can make an impenetrable hedge.
