  • Conifer, evergreen, slow growth rate, dwarf, mounding to conical habit, about 4 ft (1.2 m) high in 10 years (some say much less), can be pruned to keep it dwarf.  Tips of new growth white.
  • Sun to part shade, prefers well-drained and somewhat dry soil
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 6     Discovered as a seedling by William Goddard, Floravista Gardens, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada in about 1964.
