  • Conifer, evergreen, new foliage yellow then becoming yellow-green in summer, forms a large spreading shrub that layers over itself to make a big yellow mound, may reach 6 ft by 6 ft (1.8 × 1.8 m) in 10 years.  To maintain a mounding habit it is recommended that the leader be taken out if it becomes dominant.
