  • Conifer, evergreen, miniature shrub, very slow growing, just about an inch (2.5 cm) per year; ball shaped becoming ovoid, to about 12 inches (30 cm) high in 10 years.  Needles blue-green, stubby, cupped, with silver undersides. 
  • Sun or light shade, average well-drained soil. Reportedly a good container plant.
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 4
