- Conifer, evergreen shrub, narrow growth habit, to 12-15 ft tall, 2 ft wide (~3.6-4.5 ×0.6 m), blue-green foliage. Some consider it an improved form of 'Skyrocket'.
- Sun Only occasional watering once established
- Hardy to USDA Zone 4 Developed by Pine Grove Nurseries, Clearfield, Pennsylvania
- Offered as both a selection of Juniperus virginiana and Juniperus scopulorum (more commonly). These species are closely related and a controlled hybridization between the two has been shown.
