  • Broadleaf deciduous tree, 35 ft (11 m) tall and 20 ft (7.6 m) wide, upright, narrow habit, vigorous, leaves are dark green above, gray-silvery below, leaves rust colored in fall, fruit is bright red and colors early (early August).
  • Sun to part shade, prefers acid soils.
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 2      Introduced by Michigan State University.
