  • Broadleaf evergreen shrub, 6 ft (1.8 m) in 10 years, will reach over 8 ft (2.1 m) tall and wide, open, heavy limbs exposed.  Leaves oval and glossy, held only 1 year.  Flowers primrose yellow, slight darkening around throat, up to 10 cm across, in large dome-shaped clusters.
  • -5°F, middle, 4-5/3/3 [flower / plant & foliage / performance; scale 1 (poor) - 5 (best)].   Heavy budding after plant is established.
