  • Broadleaf evergreen shrub, 6-8 ft (2-2.5 m), grows about as tall as wide, foliage black-purple to deep burgundy, mid-season with large dark pink flowers.
  • Sun to part shade.  Acidic, well-drained soil
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 7      Originally trademarked by Hines Nurseries.  Apparently the same or very similar to Pizzazz™, 'Hines Purpleleaf', and 'Hines Burgundy'.
