  • Broadleaf deciduous tree, to 45 ft (14 m) tall and 40 ft (12 m) wide, rounded form.  Leaves bright yellow-gold in spring, may fade in summer.  Some report that it does not revert to green (?) and not susceptible to "sunburn" in northern climates.
  • Hardy to USDA Zone 4   Introduced by Princeton nursery, New Jersey (plant patent, PP 6727)
  • Oregon State University, Horticulture Lewis-Brown: on the southside of the main entry road, past the main NS road
